Join our specially curated outbound summer program which combines the fun and adventure of Sri Lanka with unique learning techniques from Oxford and Cambridge Universities. 
A unique eye opening experience that will help you see more possibilities and opportunities before you step into the pivotal A/L years. 
Guided by an original teacher team from Oxford and Cambridge you have the opportunity to apply your creativity and learning towards a social project that would uplift communities in rural Sri Lanka. 
Program duration: 3 weeks
Timeline: July 25th - August 14th
Application deadline: July 1st
The 3 week program will immerse you in interesting academic subjects, exciting learning techniques and a rewarding experience from implementing what you’ve learnt.
The weekends will be filled with fun excursions and exploration of the vibrant island, giving you an opportunity to truly immerse yourself in the culture and community while enjoying the beauty of Sri Lanka’s unique landscape filled with exhilarating activities!



Tom Cassidy:

Tom is an education visionary, with a Physics degree from Oxford and deep understanding of both pedagogic practice and leadership. He also has significant experience as Vice-Principal and Principal across schools and academic groups. His teaching and learning methods are somewhat revolutionary, first published in The Gaurdian back in 2014, his teacher training frameworks have been used by around 20,000 teachers worldwide. He personally has teaching experience of a wide range of subjects such as Physics, Maths, Chemistry to A/L and IB DP in UK, Spain, Hong Kong, China and Qatar. Tom is on the board of, the STEM-based education charity originating in Jeddah. Tom is also an internationally published author, with books on problem solving published in six languages. He is also an entrepreneur and co-founder of several businesses at the intersection of education, learning and technology.

Andrew Fowler - Watt:
Andrew Fowler-Watt won Scholarships to Eton College and Cambridge University (St John's College). He was awarded a BA (Hons) in English Literature in 1982 followed by an MA in 1985. He also studied for a year in the USA having been awarded an English Speaking Union Scholarship.
He taught A Level English Literature and Drama at two leading Private schools in the UK before first becoming a Principal in 1996. He moved to Sri Lanka in 2007 where he was Principal of Colombo International School and The British School before moving to Brunei as Principal of Jerudong International School. He returned to Sri Lanka in 2016 as Principal of Trinity College Kandy. After retiring from Trinity in 2020, he and his wife have been living in Colombo, along with their much-loved golden retriever.
